SHIPPING

Orders placed for in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Orders received after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. Overnight orders must be received by 4PM EST to be sent out the same day. Overnight orders received before 4PM EST on Friday will not arrive until the following Monday, excluding holidays.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day due to stock availability, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. If there is any delay in fulfilling your order, you will notified within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines. Thomas Laine is not responsible for shipping carrier delays and cannot ensure that the time frames noted above will be met.

 

U.S. DELIVERY

All domestic orders are shipped via Fedex unless a PO BOX or APO/FPO has been specified.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS priority mail only. Overnight and 2Day delivery options are unavailable.

Free complimentary ground shipping on orders over $125.

All orders over $250 require signature upon arrival to ensure successful and secure delivery.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We ship to any country capable of receiving mail via United States Postal Service (USPS) with the exception of any OFAC listed country here.

 

International Shipping

Please be advised that international orders can take several weeks for delivery, depending on the mail system of the receiving country. Any order that is returned because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees cannot be refunded, however, the customer will receive a merchandise credit for the returned merchandise.

Customs taxes and duties are due upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. Your order total will not include duties or taxes. We are unable to provide an estimate of import fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.


All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

All international orders are shipped via USPS international service. Thomas Laine orders are generally received by customs within 5-7 business days of the ship date. The amount of time customs takes to process your order will vary. Delivery will be made by your local postal service. Expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2 day, are unavailable on international orders.


Once international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays and extend delivery estimates. Some items may be unavailable for export. Should this affect your order, we’ll contact you immediately with any changes to your order status.

 

ORDER TRACKING

All domestic orders can be tracked online with the tracking number provided via the confirmation email you receive at the time your order ships. Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, you can follow the link supplied in the email or track your package using the tracking number at Fedex.com.

International orders can be tracked on USPS.com using the tracking number supplied in the shipping confirmation email.

 

FREE GROUND SHIPPING

We offer Free Ground Shipping on all US orders over $125 (including Hawaii and Alaska). When placing your order, select your preferred delivery option before completing checkout.

 

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

We prefer to ship all orders with signature required upon delivery. This ensures your purchases are safely and successfully delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, Fedex will leave a re-delivery slip. Fedex will attempt delivery again the following business day. You may also contact Fedex and request to pick-up the package from your local Fedex location.

You may prefer to waive the signature requirement and Fedex will leave your shipment outside of the premises for your convenience. Please note, that if no signature is required, you agree to take full responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

When placing an order, the signature requirement is set by default; however, you can update your preference by simply checking the “No Signature” box on the checkout page.

We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.

 

INSURANCE

Thomas Laine insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature upon delivery for all goods, unless opted out by customer, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods transfers to you. If you are not the receiver of your order (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Thank you for shopping at Thomas Laine. We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase, but we understand that is not always the case. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn and unaltered merchandise with all original tags intact. All return and/or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

 

MAKING A RETURN IS EASY

There are 3 simple steps:

Step 1: Email us at returns@thomaslaine.com to Request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and form within 14 days after receiving your order.

Step 2: Complete the Returns Authorization form and enclose it along with the item or items being returned. Ensure that all items are intact with security tags, unworn and in their original condition and packaging.

Step 3: Securely seal the shipping box and write the RA number on the outside of the box and mail items back to:

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Ship your return/exchange package using U.S. Postal Service, FedEx or UPS.

We recommend that you insure the goods, as Thomas Laine cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.

Processing and shipping time frames are based on general guidelines and we cannot ensure that they will be met.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Simply request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us via email at returns@thomaslaine.com, and specify the new size or color you require.

Pack your items to be exchanged securely and drop off at your local Fedex office.

Please note that we are only able to offer size or color exchanges for items of the same value. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.

Exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and checked for quality control.

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

 

Any alteration to an item, request for a non-stock item, or original piece is considered a custom order. Custom orders are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. No exceptions.

 

 

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift and would like to exchange it, you have 14 days from receipt to initiate your exchange for a store credit valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Please note: We do not accept returns on corporate gifts. However, if you have received a corporate gift and it has been damaged, we will gladly offer 1 complimentary repair.

 

LATE RETURNS

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days of issuing an RMA. Returns received outside these timeframes will be accepted at the discretion of Thomas Laine and can only be refunded as a merchandise credit.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If an item is received damaged, please contact Thomas Laine immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items or replace the item with the same product, subject to availability. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, you will be issued a merchandise credit.

PROCESSING REFUNDS AND STORE CREDITS

We will notify you by email when your package has been received.

Refunds and store credits will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment and will exclude shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items).

Depending on your banking institution, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

If you are exchanging an item for store credit, a code will be provided to you via email enabling you to redeem the credit on another purchase. Store credit is valid for one year and expires one year from date of issue.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

Items purchased at the Thomas Laine Showroom and on www.ThomasLaine.com may be returned to the showroom within 14 days of receiving goods. When returning to the showroom, please bring a copy of your invoice as well as all original packaging.

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for price adjustments. They may not be returned or exchanged.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Thomas Laine has made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on www.ThomasLaine.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and thoroughly checked for any faults or defects before they are shipped to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

If you wish to return more than one item from an order, please send all items in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

All items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are sufficiently protected in transit.

In the event a customer receives an item without tags, Thomas Laine should be notified immediately (by phone or email) on the day of receipt if he or she wishes to make a return.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you must notify Thomas Laine and request an RMA before sending back any items. Unidentified returns/exchanges may not be accepted and returned to the sender.

Please be aware that shipping on domestic and international orders, international customs duties and taxes will not be refunded.

Our preferred shipping method for returned items is Fedex, UPS or USPS. However, you may return the goods by any means as long as they are secure and insured. Our address for all returns is:
