How It Works
Step 1: Initial Consultation
The journey begins with a conversation. We'll take time to understand your inspirations, ideas, and budget. During this step, we'll advise on diamonds, colored gemstones, styles, and materials. If there's a design you admire, feel free to send us a link or upload a picture or video to help shape the initial concept.
Step 2: Gemstone Selection
Eimear personally sources and presents the finest gemstone options to maximize beauty, quality, and value. Whether you're looking for a classic diamond or a unique colored gemstone, we'll guide you through selecting the perfect stone, ensuring it resonates with your unique style and preferences.
Step 3: Design & Concept
Once the stone is selected, the design process begins. We will create sketches and/or a computer-aided design (CAD) drawing to bring your vision to life. We'll share the design with you for feedback, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your expectations.
Step 4: Modelling & Approval
A 3D wax model of your piece is created to give you a tangible, to-scale representation of the design. You can review it in detail and request modifications if needed. Once approved, we move into production.
Step 5: Crafting & Finishing
Our master jewellers bring the design to life with expert craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. The piece is carefully polished, set, and thoroughly checked to meet the highest quality standards, ensuring you receive a piece that is not only beautiful but also durable and long-lasting.

Most bespoke pieces take 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish, depending on the complexity of the design. If you need something sooner, rush orders may be possible—just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
